Job summary

OpenRouter is seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join as an early team member responsible for full-cycle technical recruiting in the United States. You will partner with technical leadership, build pipelines, and guide hiring decisions with market insights and compensation data.

• 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to build and close pipelines for technical roles.
