Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across a strategic line of business. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategies, create compelling job descriptions, and build diverse pipelines.

You will source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks, provide market insights, and influence compensation alignment.

Qualifications

10+ years of corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or blended recruiting experience.
10+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across multiple job families and business functions.
Demonstrated experience partnering with multiple hiring managers and business leaders simultaneously.
Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines for professional and leadership-level positions.
Strong stakeholder management, client consulting, and relationship-building skills.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies such as Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer negotiation and acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Create compelling job descriptions and recruiting plans to support hiring objectives.
Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, professional networks, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations on recruiting strategies.
Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Consult with senior leaders on talent acquisition best practices, compensation alignment, and market trends.
Leverage recruiting metrics and analytics to provide hiring updates, pipeline health assessments, and forecast hiring outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, Compensation, and business leadership to drive hiring success.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices throughout the recruiting process.
Deliver an outstanding end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring teams.
