Playlist is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help grow our engineering and product teams across our flagship brands (ClassPass, Mindbody). You’ll partner with engineering and product leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional technical talent with strategy, empathy, and precision.

You’ll build pipelines, optimize hiring processes, and deliver a human candidate experience that reflects our values, across multiple time zones and fast-paced markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts like programming languages and system architecture.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for high-impact technical roles, especially software.
• Partner with hiring managers to build thoughtful hiring plans using market insights.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience that is human, honest, and aligned with our mission.
