Job summary

Pulley, a fast-scaling tech company in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical hiring for our SF office. You'll partner with hiring managers, close engineers in a competitive market, and help build the talent function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to evaluate engineering signals beyond resumes.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and leaders.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Builder mindset with bias toward action.
• Willingness to work on-site in downtown San Francisco 3x/week.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle on technical roles from sourcing to close.
• Partner with managers and founders with data-driven insights.
• Set and defend a high, consistent bar for candidate quality.
• Design exceptional candidate experience with fast feedback.
• Improve recruiting operations and metrics as an early hire.
• Develop sourcing strategy and market mapping.
