Pulley is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle technical hiring for our San Francisco office. You will partner with hiring managers, set high hiring standards, and build the talent function from the ground up. Expect ownership, speed, and impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

You will source, screen, and close top engineers in a competitive market, while shaping sourcing strategy and improving our recruiting operations as Pulley scales.

Qualifications

• Several years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to close competitive engineers.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
• Willingness to work on-site in downtown San Francisco 3x/week.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle on our technical roles: source, screen, and close top-tier candidates.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, leadership, and founders with data-driven input.
• Build and defend a rigorous, consistent bar across every stage of the pipeline.
• Design an exceptional candidate experience with fast feedback and honest communication.
• Bring a point of view on sourcing strategy, market mapping, and competitive positioning.
• Improve recruiting operations and infrastructure as Pulley scales.
