Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical searches.
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines and levels.
• Strong technical fluency to understand architectures, data and AI capabilities.
• A consultative approach, strong communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping capability.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market intelligence to diagnose funnel health.
• Commitment to equitable hiring practices and evidence-based assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical searches.
• Advise with executives and hiring leaders to clarify capability needs and align on hiring plans.
• Build proactive pipelines for AI/ML, data, platform, infrastructure, security, and senior leadership roles.
• Use data to translate funnel, market, and quality insights into actionable decisions.
• Strengthen assessment quality and inclusion through structured interview plans.
• Deliver a transparent, responsive candidate experience that reflects Poshmark’s brand.
• Contribute external talent intelligence to workforce planning and design decisions.
• Scale recruiting practices with improved playbooks and AI-enabled tools.
