Job summary

Tensordyne is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our teams as we build next-generation AI compute technology. This hands-on role spans ASIC, hardware, software, and SG&A, requiring deep experience recruiting engineering talent in semiconductor, hardware, or AI infrastructure.

You will partner with engineering leaders and executives to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies, develop pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering environments.
• Experience recruiting across ASIC, semiconductor, hardware, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience recruiting across functions beyond engineering (Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, SG&A).
• Ability to partner with senior engineering managers and calibrate requirements to market data.
• Strong offer management and candidate-closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for ASIC, Hardware, Software, and SG&A functions.
• Partner with engineering leaders to translate requirements into search strategies and pipelines.
• Develop targeted talent pipelines and proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches with a data-driven approach.
• Deliver high-quality hires in a competitive market.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation and competitor activity.
