Huntress Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiting partner to own end-to-end searches for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, guiding searches from intake to close to impact the Huntress mission.

In this remote-first role, you will leverage innovative sourcing and AI-assisted workflows, coordinate multi-requisition workloads, and drive inclusive hiring practices while maintaining a high bar

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.
• Experience hiring in growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews, and screening and evaluating technical candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a candidate-centric process.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Source and recruit through industry groups, networks, and underrepresented talent communities.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess knowledge, experience, and compensation alignment.
• Deliver analytical recruiting updates and reports for better decisions.
• Build AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting.
• Manage online job postings and social media content.
