Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting top-tier Bay Area technical talent in hyper-growth environments.
• Proven track record hiring senior, staff, and director-level roles across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product.
• Track record of leveraging AI tools and data to source, assess, engage, and hire top-tier candidates.
• Creative and resourceful—brings fresh approaches to hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong critical thinking with ability to translate insights into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple technical roles with velocity to hire top talent.
• Apply analytical problem-solving to identify bottlenecks and design solutions with hiring managers.
• Leverage AI-driven sourcing to amplify output and team impact.
• Influence hiring decisions on compensation strategy using market insights.
• Deliver world-class candidate experience from evaluation to closing.
• Maintain operational excellence in Ashby and related systems, hitting KPIs.
