Job summary

Overjet is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead architecture and build scalable infrastructure powering our dental AI platform. You will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and own critical systems enabling reliable delivery across teams.

You will collaborate with Security and engineering leadership to enforce best practices in observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code, while working in a hybrid environment with geo-hubs in San Mateo and other cities.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with growing scope.
• Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure including deployment and scaling of production systems.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Establish scalable, reliable, secure, and developer-friendly systems and infrastructure.
• Develop software to enhance the overall developer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product reliability, quality, and time-to-market.
• Partner with Security to ensure system security and regulatory compliance.
