Prudentia Sciences is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, data science, and GTM roles. You’ll partner with the Head of People and executives, shaping interview loops, scorecards, candidate experience, and employer branding for a mission-driven, science-first company.

You’ll build scalable processes, manage multiple searches, and help tell Prudentia's story in a competitive market for top technical talent.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record hiring technical talent.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup and improving hiring processes.
• Ability to manage many searches across functions without dropping quality or speed.
• Strong sourcing including proactive outreach to passive candidates and ATS usage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management, advising on strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company from sourcing to closing.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate experience while maintaining hiring bar.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership, translating needs into plans.
• Build scalable recruiting systems, processes, and dashboards for scale.
