Job summary

Skyryse is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering roles, partnering with hiring managers and executives to build search strategies and close candidates in a competitive market.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, understand Skyryse technology, and manage candidate relationships across aerospace and embedded software disciplines. This hands-on role emphasizes process improvements and Greenhouse leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership of technical searches.
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles with proactive search strategies.
• Strong communication and pipeline management, with ability to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical and engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives on search strategy and priorities.
