Job summary

Skyeton is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our U.S. organization, primarily supporting the Fayetteville manufacturing operation and additional technical, engineering, corporate, and flight-operations hiring as assigned.

This role partners with hiring leaders to define talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates, coordinate an efficient selection process, and deliver a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and provide concise recommendations
• Knowledge of recruiting requirements, EEO, and recordkeeping
• Experience with recruiting analytics and compensation research
• Willingness to travel to Skyeton locations for events or interviews

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for the U.S. organization
• Support Fayetteville manufacturing and other technical hires
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Prepare interview guides and offers
• Maintain recruiting records in ATS and reporting metrics
• Partner with HR to support onboarding and compliance
