Job summary

Skyeton Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Fayetteville manufacturing operation and related technical, engineering, and corporate roles in the U.S.

This role partners with hiring leaders to define talent needs, source effectively, evaluate candidates, and deliver a professional candidate experience. You will build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliant, timely processes while representing Skyeton’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or professional roles.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and provide concise recommendations.
• Knowledge of EEO principles, recordkeeping, and compliant interviewing questions.
• Experience with applicant-tracking systems and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, quality, supply chain, program management, flight operations, and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and interview teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies using ATS, job boards, networks, colleges, and referrals.
• Identify and engage passive candidates for aerospace, defense, and engineering roles.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, feedback, and candidate communications throughout the process.
• Prepare offer recommendations, compensation information, and recruitment materials.
