Job summary

Mirantis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to support US hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This contract role requires an independent contributor who can manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, drive direct sourcing, and partner with hiring managers to shape candidate profiles and strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Experience recruiting top engineering talent in cloud, SaaS, or open-source.
• Sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles, including GTM.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing, and market research.
• Hands-on with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently and own results.
• Excellent communication across time zones, teams, and cultures.

Job description

Who you are

• 7 + years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environment
• Proven ability to recruit top engineering talent, preferably across cloud, infrastructure, and software development organizations, with expertise in Kubernetes, platform engineering, and AI infrastructure
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles - including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions
• Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
• Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
• Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures
