Placements24 in Welkom is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the technical and engineering recruitment desk. You will source, screen, and interview candidates for IT, software development, and engineering roles, and own the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will build relationships with hiring managers and clients, implement sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven ability to source and attract candidates for specialized IT and engineering roles.
• In-depth knowledge of various tech stacks, programming languages, and engineering disciplines.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
