Overview

Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. At iRhythm Technologies, we are redefining how cardiac care is delivered worldwide. We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead who can reimagine how we attract, hire, and retain the frontline talent powering our Clinical Operations and Manufacturing teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in building strategy and executing it — driving innovation, process excellence, and candidate experiences that stand out. You’ll partner directly with senior leaders and HR partners to anticipate workforce needs, shape recruiting strategies, and deliver results that keep pace with our aggressive growth plans.

What You’ll Do
  • Reimagine recruiting for scale: Lead the transformation of our high-volume, non-exempt hiring model while also supporting exempt talent needs in Clinical Ops and Manufacturing.
  • Design and deliver strategy: Create agile, innovative recruiting approaches that build pipelines of qualified candidates and accelerate hiring timelines.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast needs, align on priorities, and influence decisions with market and talent insights.
  • Own the candidate experience: Elevate every stage of the process, ensuring candidates experience clarity, care, and connection with iRhythm.
  • Drive results with data: Use analytics to track progress, highlight opportunities, and continuously improve recruiting performance.
  • Champion innovation: Introduce new tools, sourcing channels, and creative campaigns to stand out in competitive clinical and manufacturing markets.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years driving high-volume non-exempt hiring.
  • Proven ability to balance hands-on recruiting with strategic workforce planning.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to partner across functions and levels.
  • Fluency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and modern recruiting tools.
  • A data-driven, process-minded problem solver who thrives in fast-moving, growth-focused environments.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to inspire confidence and build trust with stakeholders and candidates alike.
What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience recruiting for clinical operations, healthcare, or manufacturing environments.
  • Track record of transforming recruiting processes and scaling teams through change.
  • High learning agility — comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • A mindset that balances innovation with execution.
