Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking a seasoned Technical Quality / Success Plan Manager to orchestrate premium customer engagements across Federal, DoD, and public/private sectors. You will guide PE strategy, ensure accurate time and revenue forecasting, and collaborate with SAP NS2 COE and delivery teams. 80% travel may be required.

The role emphasizes expert customer engagement, cross-functional coordination, and deep knowledge of SAP maintenance portfolios and ERP services.

Qualifications

• Expert-level, customer-facing communication with executive audiences.
• Experience migrating on-premise software to cloud across IAAS/PAAS/SAAS.
• Deep SAP maintenance portfolio knowledge and ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead premium engagement steering meetings with customers and manage PE engagement plans.
• Maintain accurate view of PE time actuals and revenue forecasting (TQM, Expert Service Days).
• Collaborate with NS2 COE and SAP teams to ensure delivery against MaxSecure contracts.
