SAP NS2 is seeking a highly experienced SAP NS2 Technical Quality / Success Plan Manager in the United States. The role requires extensive SAP engineering delivery leadership, strong executive communication, and deep knowledge of the SAP Maintenance Portfolio, including cloud migrations and high-value services.

You will manage complex customer relationships, guide premium engagements, and coordinate delivery teams across NS2 and SAP entities, with heavy travel up to 80% as needed by the customer.

Qualifikationen

• Over ten years in SAP engineering/maintenance services, including at least five years managing delivery.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP Maintenance Portfolio including Enterprise Support and MaxAttention.
• Experience migrating on-prem SAP to cloud (IAAS/PAAS/SAAS) and in software services sales or contract management.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building with customer stakeholders; willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead or deliver TQM engagements and manage customer relationships on NS2 accounts.
• Coordinate premium engagement steering meetings and track time actuals/revenue weekly in NS2 financials.
• Collaborate with SAP COE, NS2 BackOffice, and clients to ensure successful MaxSecure delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements and confidentiality standards.
