Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking an HCM Solutions Architect to advise federal and national-security clients on SAP SuccessFactors and related HCM technologies. You will translate customer needs into secure, scalable architectures and lead architecture reviews with senior stakeholders.

You will shape solution approaches, guide discovery sessions, and collaborate with delivery, security, engineering, operations, product, and sales teams to ensure compliant, high-impact HR transformation programs while mentoring

Qualifications

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP HCM on-premise, S/4HANA, or hybrid landscapes.
Ability to translate workforce strategy and customer requirements into secure, scalable HCM solutions.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

Shape and position SAP NS2 HCM solutions for U.S. national security, federal, and critical-infrastructure customers.
Support discovery, solution strategy, architecture assessments, roadmap development, and implementation planning.
Partner with sales teams to develop proposals and respond to RFPs, presenting solution approaches.
Define and validate secure HCM architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems; mentor team members.
