Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect to advise federal and critical-infrastructure customers. You will translate workforce strategies into secure, scalable HCM architectures, lead discovery sessions, and communicate options, risks, and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

Working with delivery, security, engineering, and sales teams, you will shape strategy, roadmap development, and implementation planning for Employee Central and related SuccessFactors

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success as SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or trusted advisor for complex transformations.
• Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and multiple HCM domains (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Succession, Analytics).
• Ability to design end-to-end HCM architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support customer discovery, solution strategy, architecture assessments, roadmap development, planning, and optimization for HCM programs.
• Partner with sales to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and present solution approaches to customers.
