Job summary

SAP SE’s NS2 Cloud Application Services Delivery team seeks a skilled CAS Delivery Lead to guide secure, mission‑critical packages for NS2 Cloud customers. You will coordinate cross‑functional delivery teams, ensure high‑quality service, and translate complex technical guidance into actionable plans for customer leadership.

Ideal candidates have deep SAP knowledge (NetWeaver, HANA), strong customer-facing experience, and the ability to own tasks from start to finish, including weekend support

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, or Science.
• Strong understanding of programming concepts, infrastructure and operating systems, and general database knowledge.
• Excellent management skills with strong customer-facing experience.
• Excellent English communications, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and own tasks.
• Ability to establish solid client relationships.
• Presentation, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Excellent knowledge/experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA.
• Experience handling sensitive escalated issues with support engineers when needed.
• Ability to oversee weekend and 24x7 support when required.
• Create and maintain knowledge documents to support customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAS Delivery Teams composed of contractors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of secure CAS packages for NS2 Cloud customers.
• Translate technical recommendations into clear, actionable guidance for customer leadership.
• Drive down total cost of ownership by optimizing operational processes in secure cloud environments.
