Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States is seeking a Technical Project Manager to plan and monitor test campaigns for manufacturing and qualifying flight avionics hardware for the New Glenn program. You will build strong relationships with Responsible Engineers, Integrated Product Teams, Test Engineers, buyers, and other TPMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 4+ years of PM experience, and strong

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years planning and managing projects/programs in a development environment.
• Experience with manufacturing rate management & Improvement.
• Able to build and navigate a professional network within the organization with various teams.
• Experience with scheduling software: P6 Primavera, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor projects/test campaigns according to deadlines and high-level program schedules.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage these relationships in decision-making.
• Support test campaigns of manufacturing and qualifying flight avionics hardware for the New Glenn program.
