Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our New Product Introduction team supporting the New Glenn program. You will lead complex manufacturing and integration activities across multiple internal teams and suppliers, ensuring schedules, cost, and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of aerospace PM experience, a BS in engineering, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage fast-paced programs with ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent technical field.
• 5-7 years of technical program management experience in aerospace NPI development and manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple customers and timelines.
