Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Technical Program Manager to support the New Glenn program. You will coordinate program operations, engineering strategies, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware and milestones while maintaining cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with aerospace hardware or complex technical systems.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational/coordination skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define program operations and engineering strategies to meet program performance and production objectives.
• Drive program strategies through assignment of projects, funding, budget tracking, and stakeholder integration.
• Act as the functional lead in all aspects of strategic technical projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with supporting functions to maintain project schedules.
• Execute and lead execution of project plans, manage risks, track status, and resolve blockers.
• Work toward long-range objectives with minimal direction and define technical objectives.
• Apply PM principles in developing executable plans and implementing solutions to complex problems.
• Develop data-driven KPIs for Senior Leadership decision-making.
• Generate reporting and presentations for Senior Leadership.
