Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for a fully remote, W2 contract role. The position focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering technical projects, including new site installations and facilities management.

Travel may be required based on business needs. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in project management, experience with site installations and technical reading, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/PM.
• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with new site installations.
• Experience with site and facilities management.
• Experience with technical/code reading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft 365 and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Plan, coordinate, and support new site installation projects.
• Support project activities involving site and facilities management.
• Review and interpret technical codes and project documentation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of technical, operational, business, facilities, and vendor resources.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables; report status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track site-related schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
