Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML and DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining a focus on technical excellence and customer value.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience guiding teams through Agile and SDLC processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master leading cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features and capabilities.
Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure on-time delivery with integrated schedules and dependency management.
Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.
