Cadmus seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead ML and DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, develop integrated schedules, and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes agile leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering high-quality products. You will balance scope, schedule, and quality while facilitating teams, managing risks, and reporting program status in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master in cross-functional settings.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML or DS/AI teams and platforms.
• Experience leading large, ambiguous programs in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in TPM best practices: schedule development, risk management, status reporting.
• Regularly maintains and reports program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Professional presence with business acumen and multi-level communication.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities, build integrated schedules, remove blockers, report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to meet priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
