The Walt Disney Company’s Disney Experiences Technology group seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager in Orlando to drive cross-functional technology initiatives across Parks, Resorts, Cruise Line, and digital platforms.
You will coordinate multiple projects, manage budgets, and apply Agile and DevOps practices to deliver on time and within scope, partnering with engineers, product managers, and senior leaders to realize business goals.
At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app.
As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will identify, plan and coordinate a set of related projects within a program and manage their interdependencies in support of specific business strategies. You will also apply project management principles and techniques to lead project schedule, scope, quality, cost and performance risks. The Senior Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-discipline technology teams, leadership and business partners to understand technical and business direction, milestones and budget, as well as provide thought leadership to project management team.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the Manager, Technical Project Management.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $120,400 to $161,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
