Job summary

Turner Construction Company in New York, NY, seeks an IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to lead complex cross-functional technology initiatives across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and more. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ten+ years of technology project/program management experience.
Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
Experience coordinating multiple programs and vendors as an integrated program.
Working knowledge of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud services.
Experience supporting roadmaps, intake, portfolio planning, or resource capacity.
Experience mentoring project-management personnel.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, statements of work, and changes.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and decision-making.
Ability to lead through influence across organizational boundaries.
PMP certification or equivalent accredited certification.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technology projects and coordinated programs from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, testing, training, and readiness.
Coordinate delivery across enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, and business teams.
Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and delivery personnel.
Review project plans, status, risks, and executive communications for governance.
Support the technology roadmap development and portfolio planning.
