Job summary

Obsidian Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical projects. You will work with engineering leads, software engineers, leadership, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are well-defined, managed, and delivered against objectives.

You will bring structure to ambiguity and help teams make informed delivery decisions. You will define scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, track dependencies and risks,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing technical projects in software or tech consulting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering workflows.
• Experience managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate engineers, technical leads, and client stakeholders.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Manage client expectations and communicate project updates.
