OpenAI is seeking a Technical Systems Program Manager to drive strategy, alignment, prioritization, and execution of CRM‑related systems across Salesforce and adjacent platforms. This role will partner closely with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to operationalize scalable CRM workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience driving high‑impact technical programs in a program management or related role.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows in support/customer operations.
• Experience across CRM systems, routing engines, and adjacent systems.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives from discovery to execution and operationalization.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive CRM systems initiatives across support.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and engineering to define scalable CRM solutions and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Align cross‑functional teams (Revenue Ops, Support Delivery, Risk, Engineering, Data, Legal, Enterprise Platform) and drive prioritization.
• Define and build scalable AI‑native workflows and orchestration in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
