Job summary

Altera seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Salesforce, customer data, and GTM systems. The role sits at the center of engineering, sales, and marketing, owning scalable systems that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

With 12–15+ years in technical program management and 4+ years on Salesforce platforms, you will guide end-to-end implementations, data integrations, and executive reporting to enable Customer 360 and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in Technical Program or Project Management.
• 4+ years working with Salesforce platforms.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience; Data Cloud a plus).
• Integrations (APIs, MuleSoft or similar).
• Data platforms and analytics ecosystems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech environments.
• Experience supporting GTM strategy or revenue operations.
• Exposure to AI/ML or data engineering initiatives.
• Certifications: Salesforce, PMP, SAFe, or Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, timelines, KPIs, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage dependencies across engineering, data, and business teams.
• Partner with architects on scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee integrations with ERP, product systems, and data platforms.
• Drive Customer 360 adoption and data model alignment.
• Support GTM initiatives and product launches with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Enable lead-to-cash workflows, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
• Translate business needs into executable technical plans.
• Enable reporting, dashboards, and analytics with data teams.
• Support AI-driven use cases (segmentation, personalization).
• Improve data quality and consistency across systems.
• Lead executive reporting, governance, and decision forums.
• Track budgets, resources, and program health.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
