• 7-10+ years progressive scope/impact/responsibility.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• Influencing, leading, and coaching without direct authority.
• Strong reasoning and troubleshooting abilities.
• Domain-specific technical skills vary by area.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a team of highly technical employees.
• Develop and maintain a high performing team through hiring, coaching and talent management.
• Deliver robust technical solutions while meeting service level commitments and project timelines.
• Oversee design artifacts and ensure testing/validation prior to release of new tech.
• Lead continuous improvement of processes, policies and SDLC practices.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
• Define and report department performance metrics to leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
