Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare program management experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise-scale initiatives in regulated environments.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate across scheduling modernization, interoperability, and adoption workstreams.
• Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Drive change management, training, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, VA, privacy, and security requirements.
