Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related field with 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations or health information systems.
• Knowledge of VA databases, healthcare systems, and their interrelationships.
• Experience applying organizational change management principles and project management practices.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize scheduling, referrals, community care, and care coordination workflows.
• Document workflows and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Support interoperability initiatives and data exchange across VA systems.
• Assist in change management, training materials, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
