Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for Corporate Data Services to lead complex technology programs across the firm. You will guide project delivery, manage budgets and resources, and influence decision‑making with senior stakeholders using a blend of waterfall and SAFe/Agile practices.

The role emphasizes risk management, strategic planning, and strong vendor relations to enable access to shared applications and services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Proven experience in managing plan of record, scope definition, approval, strategy, and execution for onsite/offsite infrastructure programs.
• Strong understanding of waterfall and agile methods, including SAFe – Scaled Agile Framework.
• Understanding of global project and program management standards and methods.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Advanced experience in vendor relations and managing vendor access to applications and services.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem‑solving to break down objectives into tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines for on‑time delivery of technology solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project performance and implement data‑driven optimizations.
• Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
