Ripple is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs within our Core TPM team. You will partner with product and engineering to design robust, scalable systems, drive schedules, remove roadblocks, and ensure high development velocity focused on customer outcomes.

The role requires 12+ years in enterprise tech, strong data analytics, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of release or technical program management in enterprise tech.
• Ability to use data and analytics to track trends and health of programs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma and related processes.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and influence without authority.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Google Sheets.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin or Blockchain ecosystems.

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic product initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks, reduce ambiguity, and make data-driven decisions for customers.
• Communicate clearly and align cross-functional teams to objectives.
• Be a role model and inspire other TPMs.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Improve Operational Excellence processes across the organization.
• Coordinate priorities with product/engineering managers and multiple partners.
• Manage testing and release dependencies; build dashboards for progress.
