Ripple is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs within Ripple Core. You will synthesize business and technical needs, guiding product and engineering teams to design scalable systems, set schedules, remove blockers, and accelerate velocity.

You’ll balance strategic direction with hands-on leadership to deliver customer-focused solutions in a bold, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• > 12+ years of release and/or technical program management experience coordinating across multiple teams.
• "> Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to oversee project health and trends.
• "> Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma or equivalent standard processes.
• "> Ability to influence, coordinate cross-functionally, and deliver in a matrixed environment.
• "> Experience crafting or architecting scalable systems and design patterns.
• "> Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.
