Ripple is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs tied to our core products. You will partner with product and engineering to design scalable systems, drive schedules, remove roadblocks, and ensure high development velocity.

You will provide technical leadership while also getting hands-on to push initiatives forward. You will develop department priorities, reduce bottlenecks, and communicate with clarity across teams to achieve objectives while

Qualifications

• 12+ years of release and/or technical program management experience in enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to use data and analytics to monitor trends and health of projects/systems.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma and modern project management processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, influence without authority and align efforts.
• Experience crafting or architecting scalable systems.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, and/or Blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic product initiatives by understanding customers and technology deeply.
• Reduce ambiguity and risk by identifying bottlenecks and making data-driven trade-offs.
• Communicate with purpose to bring cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Be a role model and inspiring leader for other TPMs.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Improve Operational Excellence processes across the organization.
• Coordinate with PMs, product managers, and engineering managers to align priorities.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies across teams for product convergence.
• Build dashboards to track release progress, bugs, and milestones for partners.
