Ripple seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs tied to our products. You will collaborate with product and engineering to design scalable systems, set schedules, remove roadblocks, and drive high development velocity.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in release/PM roles, strong data analytics, and experience with payments and blockchain ecosystems. This is a hybrid role based in California with equity, bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Competenze

• 12+ years of release and/or technical program management experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to guide health of projects and systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma and modern PM practices.

• Develop department-level priorities and strategy across strategic product initiatives by understanding customers and technology deeply.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, manage risk, and make data-driven decisions with clear trade-offs.
