Jobgether is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact programs from strategy to delivery in a remote-first US environment. You will coordinate across engineering, product, design, business, and GTM teams, driving critical initiatives in security, software supply chain, AI-powered features, and developer platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering, technical or product program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or related field with 6+ years’ experience; Master’s with 4+ years may qualify.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong technical fluency to understand architectures and emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional technical programs from strategy through launch and completion.
• Partner with engineering, product, architects, and business stakeholders to plan milestones, dependencies and success criteria.
• Drive execution across teams, clarify priorities, ownership, timelines and outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear program health updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Balance technical complexity with customer impact and business priorities.
• Lead programs across security, developer platforms, AI, and large-scale launches.
• Build relationships across functions and influence without direct authority.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable execution frameworks.
• Improve TPM practices with scalable processes, tools, and frameworks.
