Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director, Technical Program Management based in the United States. You will establish and scale a TPM function within a rapidly growing technology organization, defining the operating model, planning disciplines, governance, and execution standards.

You will lead cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing, recruit and mentor a TPM team, and provide executives with portfolio visibility into

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, product development, or a closely related discipline.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, developing TPMs or other technical program leaders.
• Experience building or evolving program-management practices within a growing tech organization.
• Track record leading large, technically complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency, able to discuss architecture, APIs, data flows, and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Establish TPM operating model: planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, executive visibility.
• Define measures for program health and readiness to enable proactive intervention.
• Lead high-priority, technically complex initiatives across Product and Engineering.
• Build integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and decisions.
• Provide executive visibility into portfolio health, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-impact TPM team with a culture of accountability.
