Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to bridge engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders, driving delivery of secure, scalable software initiatives in a consultant capacity under the Project Delivery Model.

You will orchestrate end-to-end program lifecycles, champion Agile practices, manage risks, and translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program management, engineering leadership, or systems integration.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, microservices, API integrations, and database design.
• Expert-level proficiency with enterprise PM/ALM tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical executives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Delivery: plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional technical programs aligned with enterprise roadmaps and goals.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: enable collaboration between software engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and business units.
• Agile & SDLC Orchestration: implement Agile methodologies and SSDLC for high-volume environments.
• Risk & Dependency Management: identify roadblocks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Technical Translation & Alignment: translate requirements into architecture, APIs, and sprint backlogs.
• Compliance & Security Governance: ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, GLBA, SOX throughout development.
• Executive Reporting & Metrics: track KPIs, OKRs, and SLAs; provide data-driven status updates.
