Job summary

WME | William Morris Endeavor is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software delivery and support the transformation of our Product & Engineering organization. This role partners with Product Managers, technical leads, engineering teams, and executives across the WME Group.

You must be detail-oriented, hands-on, and highly collaborative, with exceptional relationship-building skills and the flexibility to move quickly across priorities in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technical Project Management, Agile or related delivery leadership.
• Experience leading software development teams with agile methodologies.
• Experience working with in-house and offshore teams, contractors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical literacy across engineering workflows and release management.
• Ability to automate workflows and improve delivery visibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive software delivery by removing obstacles impacting progress and quality.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to release and post-release improvement.
• Lead productive meetings, document notes, and ensure clear agendas.
• Support onboarding of new team members and align tools/processes.
• Facilitate release management activities and improve reporting.
