Job summary

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) team seeks a Security Engineer III to support design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise security solutions for government clients. You will lead day-to-day activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and translate operational needs into prioritized engineering work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
• This role has a requirement to be onsite 5 days a week.
• 3+ years of experience with Identity and access management.
• 3+ years of experience with Vulnerability management.
• Preferred: CISSP, Network+, Security+, or CEH.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, integration, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise security solutions.
• Analyze technical requirements and align security activities to project objectives and client needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support implementation milestones, issue resolution, and delivery timelines.
• Document security configurations, findings, and remediation activities across assigned workstreams.
• Support secure transformation efforts across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and emerging technologies.
• Manage dependencies across stakeholders and drive issue resolution to meet deliverables.
