Job summary

Dassault Systemes is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex consulting, software implementation, and digital transformation engagements for strategic customers.

The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, align with contracts, develop plans, manage governance, and serve as the primary contact for executives, sponsors, and partners while driving risk mitigation and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in project/program management in consulting or software delivery.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management experience.
• PM methodologies: PMI, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex consulting and enterprise software projects.
• Ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, resources, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Establish project governance with steering committees and executive reviews.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships and provide updates on progress, risks, and mitigation.
• Manage project financial performance including budgets and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for change orders and scope optimization.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
