Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr Technical Project/Program Manager to lead planning and delivery of digital technology initiatives for a state health plan. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and communicating status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related Project Management experience or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years delivering digital projects for healthcare or insurance.
• Experience managing enterprise strategic initiatives and delivery teams.
• Proficient with risk logs, plans, reporting and readiness.
• Led complex technology projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery for digital initiatives with integrated plans and releases.
• Coordinate Agile, engineering, product, business stakeholders, vendors and programs.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions with escalation.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and quality expectations are met.
• Manage resources, capacity, budgets, and forecasting for delivery.
• Communicate status to executives and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery via PI planning, sprint, and release coordination.
• Coordinate release readiness, approvals, and production transition.
• Monitor performance and drive predictable delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to program-level improvements across delivery practices.
