• 5–8 years of project or program management experience, preferably in healthcare/insurance environments.
• Experience with executive stakeholders (VP level and above) under tight timelines.
• Knowledge of federal/state mandates and government-related projects.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects, potentially leading multiple efforts.
• Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced, reviewed, and approved on schedule.
• Manage resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, and communicate impacts and status to senior leadership.
• Facilitate structured working sessions and executive presentations; translate complex topics into actionable plans.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members to support a high-performing team in a matrixed environment.
