Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 6+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.
• Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate where your verticals are heading and shape strategy, getting engineering involved early where it makes the biggest difference - including where AI is the critical path
• Own the framework that decides which opportunities receive engineering investment when demand exceeds capacity, weighing scale, reuse, complexity, time-to-impact, and delivery risk
• Set and apply the bar that qualifies an engagement - scalability, reusability, multi-customer applicability, force-multiplier potential - and make the hard calls on those that don't clear it
• Work side by side with engineers through the build, making the architecture, scoping, and tradeoff decisions that determine success - you own the technical outcome, not just the schedule
• Drive co-build execution hands-on with AWS Service Teams and Partners, applying AI to accelerate delivery and create reusable patterns that benefit many customers
• Own delivery end-to-end from qualification through transfer, resolving technical and cross-team ambiguity without escalation
• Keep leadership current on investments, outcomes, and realized impact
• Influence peers and partner teams, and mentor less-experienced engineers and program managers
